Our mission is to make science education more accessible—starting with programs that are practical, career-focused, and financially within reach.

Founded to Address an Overlooked Need
Our Story
Established in 2021 by a life science CEO, our foundation began in response to a pressing challenge: associate degree programs in biotechnology are essential to the workforce but often lack dedicated financial support. We formed this foundation to change that—by funding the students and schools that are too often overlooked.
Supporting the Foundation of the Life Sciences Pipeline
Our Approach
Strategic and Scalable Support
How we Work
We partner with colleges and provide scholarship funding directly to institutions. Faculty and department leaders select recipients based on merit, and we request light-touch reporting to track impact. This process is designed for efficiency, transparency, and long-term support.

Nationwide Reach, Local Impact
Our Goal
College tuition has reached historic highs, while many programs place limited emphasis on hands-on training or direct career preparation. As a result, students often graduate with significant debt and little exposure to the skills required in specialized life science fields.
We aim to support students in 50 life science-focused colleges across the country. Each partnership helps us reach more communities, more classrooms, and more students with potential.
Experience That Understands Education
Who we are
Backed by industry experience and driven by a belief in equity, our leadership team understands the educational landscape and the evolving needs of the life sciences workforce. We are currently building an advisory board of educators, researchers, and advocates to guide future growth.
